• Does it sound natural?

  Hear it before you take our word for it. Our own line, (714) 386-7794, is answered by the same front desk we set up for our clients, and the demos page has three receptionists that call your phone and a restaurant line you can call yourself. Most callers just want to be taken care of, and that is exactly what happens.

• Will my customers know it's not me answering?

  If they ask, yes. Every Losnios receptionist says plainly that it is not a person when a caller asks, then keeps helping. That honesty is on purpose: it protects your name. What your customers notice is that someone picked up, knew your business, and got them booked.

• Does it speak Spanish?

  Yes. The same receptionist answers in English or Spanish on the same call, with no transfer and no callback. A caller who switches languages mid-sentence gets followed, not put on hold. You decide whether yours answers in both languages or just one.

• Do I need a new phone number?

  No. Your number stays yours. The front desk gets its own local number, and you forward calls to it the way you want: always, after hours, or only when nobody picks up. Changing your mind is one setting on your phone, not a project.

• Does it book into the calendar I already use?

  Yes. Bookings land in Google Calendar or Cal.com, whichever one runs your day. The receptionist checks what is open before it offers a time. You see the appointment the moment it is made.

• What do I get after each call?

  A text, right after the call ends: who called, what they need, and what got booked. The caller gets a confirmation too, by text or by calendar email, so both sides leave with the same details. You read it between jobs instead of listening to voicemail.

• What happens when it can't answer something?

  It says so, takes the caller's name, number, and what they need, and texts you so you can call back. It does not guess at a price or make up an answer. If you want certain calls to ring you directly, an emergency or someone asking for you by name, we set that up with you.

• What if it says something wrong?

  We set everything up with you before anything goes live. You decide what gets said, how appointments get booked, and what happens in every situation. Nothing goes out that you haven't approved.

• What happens when two people call at once?

  Both get answered. The front desk handles more than one call at a time, so a busy afternoon does not turn into a full voicemail box. Each caller gets the same attention as if they were the only one.

• How long does setup take, and how much do I have to do?

  You talk, we build. On the first call we learn how your business runs: your services, your hours, what counts as urgent, how you like appointments booked. Then we set it up, test it with you, and nothing goes live until it is working right. How long that takes depends on the project, and we tell you up front.

• What does it cost?

  One plan, everything included, priced to the size of your business. We quote it on the free 20-minute call, in plain numbers, once we know how many calls you get and what you need handled. No tiers to decode and no long contract.

• What if I want to cancel?

  No long contracts. If it's not working for you, we'll make it right or let you go. We'd rather earn your trust than lock you in.

• Is this for my kind of business?

  If you do the work yourself and the phone rings while you do it, yes: barbers and stylists, electricians, plumbers, air conditioning and other home services, cleaners, landscapers, nonprofits. Home is Orange County, Los Angeles, and the Inland Empire, and we work with businesses wherever they need us. It is not for a business that wants a person on the line for every call, or one whose calls carry information the law says we would need a signed agreement to handle.
